The dimensions of the item did not match the photos on the website. The item has the look dimensions of a tree on the website but the real item did not look like the photos. The buildings at the bottom were not as wide as the globe and the tree topper was not as large. The item looked like a cheaper version of what’s shown in the website. If it wasn’t a gift, I would have returned it. Too bad because I was really excited to gift it but when it was opened, I was not impressed. I unfortunately did not get a picture of the item.

Shipping package was great but.............globe music and lights do not work. USPS shipping was very slow getting delivered and Company could not deliver a new one until late Jan or early Feb. WTF it a Christmas globe delivered after Christmas. Company has received the damaged globe. Waiting for my refund. TOO SLOW IN THIS BUSINESS ENVIROMENT. Poor quality control at manufacturer.

Unfortunately mine arrived broken and looks nothing like the quality of the image above… I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to arrive… I reached out to the customer service team yesterday and still have not heard back… Would not recommend at all!

I paid a premium for a Thomas Kinkade produce (The Painter of Light) and while the lighting in the globe was a little underwhelming the real issue I have with this product is the quality of assembly. The base has some glue residue on it in the front and in the back it has glitter overspray on the wood base. For this price I would have expected A LOT more.

I ordered it for my 99 year old mother. When it arrived my sister was not able to open the battery compartment because it had been GLUED shut! In trying to pry it open she broke the globe. Why in the world would the battery compartment be glued shut?? The top fell off since it was attached to the globe. Once the batteries were able to be inserted the music played but the glitter and the swirl of snow was gone once the globe broke. It would have been such a beautiful site had the globe not broke. Very disappointed with my gift purchase. My Mom was disappointed and felt bad for me.
