The music didn't work and the battery screw is soo small I couldn't remove them. EXCHANGED for a different item. Entirely too expensive to have malfunctions

First confirmation email read arrival Dec. 10-16. Next email on the 17th read back ordered until April 2021. I called in and they told me they were receiving a shipment that week and would have one out 2-day air. Great I thought, still before Christmas for my wife. When she opened it and we put batteries in it, the blower for the snow did not work. I called in to return it and it takes a few hours to get the return label emailed to me. We’ll see how long it takes to get my money back. First experience with the Bradford Exchange was the worst.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and ordered when the catalog said to only to find out it wouldn’t ship until January. I canceled the order and never received it. I can’t review it’s qualities. I can only say this wasn’t the only product I ordered that this happened with and I am very disappointed with the Bradford Exchange this year. I realize there is a pandemic but Bradford Exchange has always been reliable. Not sure whether I will be ordering again.

Very disappointed in the difference between what is shown on line and what is reality. Very poor quality and the paints used, plus the buildings, are cheesy and nothing like what is advertised. I'm very surprised the Thomas Kinkade name is allowed to be on it.

The pump motor is loose and making a grinding noise. Does not work.

While I’m sure my review is positive I have not received this yet!! So I can’t post a picture or really tell you for sure that it is as amazing as I’m sure it is, thank you
The quality is not what I was expecting!!! For the price it is cheaply made and I definitely would not recommend it to anyone

This is a beautifully hand crafted piece! The buildings light up, the snow swirls around, and a collection of Christmas songs play! Very nice and diameter of base is about 7 inches or so, so fits nicely on a shelf or mantel!
Nice piece.
I would love to read it but you know where I am still not receiving it and every time I try to call and get any information on it you guys stay in the queue don’t know who I am so I can’t say that this is a very good business

I was worried after I read some reviews about people never getting their orders. But I got mine and in great condition. Took maybe 4 days with express shipping. The picture on the site is touched up a bit. The base isn't wood which I was hoping it was. Its plastic but all in all good quality and it looks good turned on. Snow swirls on it's own when playing music only. Windows light up in the houses both inside and out. I am happy with my purchase and will most likely purchase from here again in the future!

I was very disappointed in the quality. Looks like a piece of junk from the Dollar Store. Definitely not worth what I paid. Also the screw on the battery cover is impossible to get undone!

I am satisfied with the quality of workmanship and was looking forward to hearing the music box. I tried in vain to take off the plate to put the batteries in. I have a real array of small screwdrivers and found one that brought the screw out but only part way so there is no way I can get the batteries in the unit. So I tried to screw the screw back in and could only get it so far. I don't know what is going on. So will have to order the adapter to plug it in to even listen to it. If you could list what kind of screwdriver to use with taking the screw out that would help 86 year old ladies like me. So I guess unless this problem gets resolved I won't order another one like it after having this experience. Your packing of the product was great. It is beautiful to look at but I am disappointed with the screw in the bottom being such a problem. Shirley 503-649-1848
