Gift for relative. It would be nice if an ac adapter would be available either with the shipment or separately for purchase at the website for all selections. The different electrical configuration for the world’s varying geographical locations could be offered. Not everyone knows how to find it online.

I ended up cancelling this order. Customer Service said there was something wrong with my credit card so they would not ship the product until I paid up (I received a bill). She further said that maybe there were no funds available on my card. I was turned off my this remark because I pay off my credit card every month and average activity on it is $500 or less. I called the credit card company and was told there was nothing wrong with my card. The order was not worth all the hassle so I cancelled it.

This made in China snowglobe was HORRIBLE at any price. Painting was incomplete and the globe looked nothing liked it was pictured. The base looked plastic instead of wood. Very cheap looking. I returned it the day I received it. Extremely disappointed. Hadn't purchased from Bradford Exchange in a long time, not sure after this experience if I will ever buy from them again.

The artwork/snow globe doesn’t have the clarity as the pic in the advertisements. It arrived on time. The lights in the globe stopped working. I would have sent it back if my spouse didn’t throw away the box. Not worth the price. Just more made in China merchandise.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Product came as promised, my fault I didn't understand that the AC adaptor wasn't included, so had to go purchase one. After purchasing the adapter and connecting to outlet only thing that happened is that it lit up (no music, snow in globe didn't automatically start as promised in description either), added 3 AAA batteries next still nothing! Turns out nothing but an expensive paper weight! Returned for refund!
