The battery cover stripped out right away, had I known your products were made in China I probably wouldn’t have purchased. Too much money for what I ended up with. First and last purchase from the Bradford Exchange.

The cord to it was missing. The light barely came on. No music, and snow didn’t swirl. I’m planning on sending it back. That’s really to bad, because I really wanted it.

I was disappointed in this product. The detail was not as clear or pretty as depicted In the picture. The Bradford exchange and Thomas Kinkade quality that I associate with those names were sadly missing.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointment it is very small and the detail is not what you would expect it to be. With respect to Thomas Kinkade products I wont Completely Bgrade the globe , I will however say it is quite different from the presentation of the Website.
