My bank account was charged twice for an item and I asked customer support for help. They said that one charge would fall off and that it was only a pre-authorization. It has been over a month and a half and both charges are still on my bank statement. I need to receive compensation for this error on your part. I will never shop with this company again.

I purchased the Messenger From Heaven Ring in a Size 10 on June 10th. I would not recommend this item to anyone, Poor Quality. I've had it less than 2 months, I'm very disappointed with the ring. The picture is completely fading. I expected more out of Bradford Exchange. I won't be purchasing anything else from them.

I purchased a silver birthstones ring…
I purchased a silver birthstones ring and the silver was tarnishing badly. So, I contacted the company and they made a new ring to replace the tarnishing ring! Free of charge! Very responsive!
As it turns out it was bc I was swimming w it on! The packaging said not to wear in chlorine pools. I just never saw that w the original purchase. Anyhow, I was pleased w the outcome. Great company. Great product! Great service!

The item was not what I expected
The item was not what I expected. You billed my credit card three times and all were pending. As of this morning one was still pending for $48.68, one had cleared and posted for $46.50 and the third one did not go through. They were for TBE Bradford on line, TBE collectibles and the third one was for TBE something.
Not sure why you would bill my credit card three times.
