When the item is expensive, do you have to tack on another $20. The items are always very nice, but the extra money is high.

No answers about purchase
I made the purchase and it appeared on my bank statement. Then I see a reversal and the money is returned to my bank. I haven't received an email or any information about why the money was returned. Is the hoodie no longer available? On back order? tThere has been no answer to those questions. Please give me the reason.

After order pop-ups troubling
Although the product was beautiful, the ordering process was not. Once the order was placed, there were numerous pop-ups pushing variouis products/membrships/etc. There were so many, that I amost cancelled my order...except that what I ordered really is veery nice. On tp of that, I sptne almost $200 for the ring I ordered and still had to pay for shipping. Not good. I'm have not been left with a good feeling & am hopeful the product is as nice as it looks...considering hte spammy ordering addons, I'm not sure it will be.
