I struggle with IT so the phone support from Billy at Bridport has been fabulous. The form online did not work, I couldn’t find how to put my address in, it took attempts over three days but was great after that. I have the log store already, just two days!

Good pricing, easy ordering. It would be useful to message clients in the morning regarding delivery schedule as an indication of (as a minimum) morning or afternoon. I received a message at 14.54 to tell me that my delivery would be between 12.00 and 17.00.

Staff very polite and helpful
One member of staff telephoned re my order and availability, two helped me at the depot with changing the click and collect order to fit what they had. I took a saw so that I could fit the timber in my car and they carried it over for me.

Excelent service, varaible quality
Excelent service. Normally order by phone but ordered on line this time on a sunday and wood delivered within two days. Problem with stock on one item - shame they didn't tell me before delivery - but delivered an agreed alternative two days later. Not the cheapest. Sometimes not the best quality (banana shaped lengths).

I received no notification whatsoever…
I received no notification whatsoever of delivery until 15 minutes before it arrived!
At 8:15 in the morning I got a text saying the items would arrive sometime between 7:30-9-30
I was in the bathroom and undressed… I threw on clothes just in time
The items arrived at 8:30
What if I’d not been at home, or at work?

Order skirting online for delivery in 3 days. Did not have lengths I preferred, called next day to say this, but had longer lengths available.
Text on delivery day to remind, and give 2 hour window. Delivered on time.

The staff were really helpful at both Bridport and Dorchester branches - only downside was that the online shop indicated stock available at Bridport when there was none, hence trip to Dorchester.
