I ordered online so the whole process…
I ordered online so the whole process was easy though the website does show some items were in stock that I later found out were not. The staff at my local depot were friendly and helpful and the delivery driver took the time to place my items under cover to avoid the rain. 5 stars from me.

Easy To Use.
Hi Chris here, I'm a serious DIY enthusiast, have been using Bradford's for years.
What I like most is their pricing policy.
They have a great range of materials and some interesting items that cant be seen locally at other similar outlets.
Customer service is 1st class.
Delivery is timely and usually free.
They have continued to provide much needed materials despite Covid.
Hats Off to you .

I ordered on line to get the 10%…
I ordered on line to get the 10% discount. I would have preferred to order at my local branch where I could talk with them and get their advice as I am a DIYer.
The website had wood lengths which were not my preference and turned out not to be available at my local branch. When I spoke with them I was able to order and get some wood at a better length
The deliveries went very well with a nice driver.
