Have been very helpful during lockdown. Bymead is a Nursing Home and we decided to start a few garden projects to distract the residents. Bradfords delivered all items we required in a timely helpful fashion.

A bit of a wait, but so friendly
Got directed to a waiting place, but they seemed to forget I was there, so ended up waiting longer than expected. However, usual, everyone is friendly and I soon got over it. Everyone always seems to want to help.

First time customer
Being a new customer I wasn’t sure what to expect especially with the current restrictions due to lock down. However I ordered a reasonable quantity of materials on the Wednesday and they were delivered first thing Friday morning. The delivery guy was great - he took care when unloading the materials and stacked them exactly where we wanted them. Overall I was very happy with the service.
