Worth more than 5 stars
After making an online purchase, I realised that I needed additional items and called the store, who were very attentive to my needs. The delivery had to be changed to earlier in the day and as I was not at home they left the items on the driveway without bother. The driver even left a little hand written note thanking us for our purchase. I have to say it was a delight dealing with Bradford's and will definitely be using them in the future.

Easy to find what I needed on the website at a reasonable price. Soon after I had placed my order online I recieved a voicemail stating that my delivery would be in a couple days and recieved information on the day via sms of an expected delivery time. Unfortunately I wasn't in at the time the driver arrived buy left instructions of where to leave my order which the driver followed.
As always, a pleasant and hassle free experience as I was kept updated right from ordering online right up to delivery. I have never had a problem with Bradfords so I certainly recommend them.

This is my 4th experience of buying aggregates and wood from Bradfords, delivered by the branch in Evercreech. The team at Evercreech are great to deal with. Always phone the next day following my order placement to confirm delivery date and always text aswell. Friendly team and the delivery drivers are the same, friendly, chatty and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
The bark mulch I ordered this time though was really poor, full of processed wood such as woodchip board, pine, so I would recommend Bradfords switch suppliers.

Chaotic pick-up in the yard
The yard staff were very disorganised. I was sent from one place to another repeatedly. It did not appear to be geared for retail customers.
