I love using Bradfords. Staff are always customer friendly and always willing to help. I generally buy timber amongst other items.

Recent delivery.
Ordered online as you received 5% discount. Communication about delivery was brilliant and also had phone call to tell about delivery time. Arrived spot on time and driver was very helpful. Only thing I can fault was tried to find white cement, and the website said it didn't have any. Picked a bag up at Bradfords ourselves.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. Purposely ordered with yourselves as delivery on your website quoted 2-3 days. After paying I was told it was 5 days. Ended up having to collect the goods myself. Then, you doubled up and delivered on the 5th day also! Depot helpful at least issuing refund for edging pegs that were too large.

Good Morning Mrs Tucker
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I am saddened to see that you have had a poor experience with us due to the delivery time not being as stated on the website.
I apologise greatly for these issues and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I will look into this further, and feed this back to the Branch concerned, to see what caused this to happen.
Kind Regards,
Sam
