Some materials sub standard
I had some sleepers and other materials delivered. The delivery men could not have been more helpful and would get 5 stars. Out of the 12 sleepers ( hidden in the middle) were at least 3 sub standard ones, big chunks of edges missing and already signs of rot. If I’d of been collecting these from the store I would not have accepted them.

Closed early for unknown reason
Website said open until 1400 on Saturday at Glastonbury. I turned up between 1245-1315 to collect my order and it was closed. This meant i could not complete my project on the weekend set aside for it.
No notice on gate to advise why closed and sign by gate said it was open until 1400 also.
When i collected in the week the staff were friendly and helpful though
