Materials order and Delivery
The website is simple to navigate and all stock levels and prices are shown which is helpful. After placing the order for delivery, an employee contacted me within 2 hours to confirm date and was very helpful to my request for a morning delivery slot. The goods arrived on the slot agreed and communication via text kept me up to date with this. I have always found the Glastonbury branch service exceptionally good for collection or delivery.

Super easy to order and free delivery
Super easy to order and free delivery, had an text the day before and on the day of delivery with a 2 hour time slot and they delivered it spot on time using a crain on the back of the lorry. Had a call from the branch within 1 hour of order to confirm the items they had to sourced from other branches. Happy with discount and quality of wood items.
