Visited the Glastonbury branch to hire a post rammer. First class service from Kane in tool hire, who was extremely pleasant and helpful, and made the whole experience a real pleasure. Good price for the hire, too. Very impressed.

My new glossy white New York kitchen
It was time for a new kitchen after 24 years. We chose a local branch of Bradfords. Kitchen design was excellent (probably the last design by Joan before she retired). Great care taken through the design and ordering process, with house and showroom visits. They recommended a local fitter Paul Race with his sub-contractors for plastering, electrics and carpentry. Extra items were delivered promptly, like the in-built drawer. We were able to re-use much of our old kitchen, in other rooms. Do not underestimate the time and money saved using local suppliers and tradesmen e.g. flooring, tiles.

Just got better and better
Had a bit of a nightmare ordering online to be told it was click and collect!
I needed it delivered, so phoned the store and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Arranged delivery and when it arrived the driver was great and again couldn’t have done anything better.

We needed some help at the Glastonbury store. The assistant approached us when we walked around the yard. He stayed with us throughout our visit, giving us ideas to solve our issues and pointing us in the right direction for products we needed. I ordered online, which was easy.

Purchase - structural ply.
Checked around - Bradfords not the best price ( beaten by a National chain by a couple of quid) but very quick free delivery and product looks good……and they’re local.

Easy ordering process and next day…
Easy ordering process and next day delivery. Soon after placing the order I was contacted by staff at my local store to arrange a delivery time. My order was delivered on time the next day and the driver was very helpful In getting the bulk bag of gravel as far up the driveway as the crane would allow.
