Easy ordering process and next day delivery. Soon after placing the order I was contacted by staff at my local store to arrange a delivery time. My order was delivered on time the next day and the driver was very helpful In getting the bulk bag of gravel as far up the driveway as the crane would allow.

Click and collect is pointless a…
Click and collect is pointless and a waste of time if they wait for you to arrive before picking the items for collection! Whois the point in calling a customer telling them that their order is ready for collection when you have to go to the counter collect paperwork then go round the yard picking it up then back to the counter to get receipt.
This actually takes longer than just turning up, loading then going to counter!

Service was friendly and effecient
Service was friendly and effecient. I ordered on line but the local store contacted me quickly to arrange a delivery date. I have had 2 deliveries now for a landscaping project. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Ordered online on saturday night and had a phone call on monday to say delivery would be Thursday. On day of delivery a text saying a time slot of when they would arrive. Perfect delivery and bags placed where I wanted them.

I have used my local Bradfords building…
I have used my local Bradfords building supply company before, but this was the first time for a delivery. The Order was very quickly followed up by a phone-call the following day, when delivery was arranged. All went well, so am pleased with the experience and would use again.

This top soil had obviously been…
This top soil had obviously been hanging around in the bulk bag for some time. The soil was badly compacted and there was a growth of lichen and some seeds on the surface. It has taken ages to break up the soil sufficiently to free it from the bag. This is not what I would normally expect of a bulk bag of top soil

Online ordering easy, delivery rubbish.
The process of placing the ok order online was very easy.
But for delivery there is much room for improvement. The txt msg sent at 7:33 said delivery (same day) between 7:30 and 9:30, then had a call asking if he could arrive in next 15mins. Then another call asking where I was despite giving clear instructions to their office previous day. Finally, driver was a miserable so and so. At least I got what was ordered.
