Helpful and thoughtful stafff
I booked a top up of the gravel on the internet. This was by far the best price for the gravel. The Bradfords staff called to book delivery and very kindly noticed I had bought a different size gravel to before and rectified this for me - really appreciated.
Delivery was on time and staff were as polite as ever. It would have been helpful if he would have let me move the car further to allow for better positioning of bags.
Otherwise I have been delighted with the customer service, promptness and communication from all involved. Thank you

Excellent Branch Manager!
Branch Manager Toby Symes was absolutely excellent and sorted out my boiler warranty issues. He was very helpful and managed to get the manufactures engineer to come out and fix my boiler even though they were adamant my boiler was out of warranty and not even registered (which was not the case). I cannot thank Toby enough for sorting out the issues, I was without hot water and heating during lockdown for many days.

Excellent service.. 1st delivery they noticed that is ordered the wrong size gravel so took away and resent correct sizing for me.. no hassle.. and had to navigate electricity wires to deposit onto my drive.. which was a challenge! All excellent. Service, staff and quality. Thankyou

Ordered online on a Sunday, called on Monday informed it would be delivered Tuesday, followed be call on Tuesday from the delivery driver specifying a time for delivery!! Very happy, excellent service.
