Bradfords came through with the timber…
Bradfords came through with the timber stocks which I needed when others could only provide part orders. Staff were excellent although the store looked like they’d been burgled! I’ll forgive them this though. Thanks

First time at Bradfords as TP had closed down. Will be back
Placed an order for timber online but the local branch found it a bit of a challenge finding the order. Clearly this is not a familiar process in Ledbury. The staff however were very courteous and helpful.

good building suppliers with helpful staff
had to ring them to find out what was happening with our order on the day they said they would deliver, however when we rang at 4.30pm they found our order and apologised and they did turn around very quickly and we got our order on said day.

Ordered in the morning online. Phone call in the afternoon from Bradfords with a delivery date. Turned up a day early, which I was pleased about. Brilliant driver put the stack of blocks exactly where I asked him to. He was happy and cheerful and asked if everything was ok with the delivery.

Placing the order was straightforward. I expected to have to wait a while because of the current situation but was contacted within a day or two to confirm the delivery date. The materials arrived when promised. the driver was very helpful in locating the bags so that They caused minimum obstruction
