Easy, quick, and helpful.
I ordered some items online on a Sunday which was straightforward and easy.

Very Poor Service - No Delivery - No Phone Call
I oerdered 2 bags of soil last week and was told by an answerphone message that it would be delivered on Tuesday. I employed my landscaper to move the soil today and start work. The soil did not come and I’ve had no phone call or explanation. When I rang today the delivery manager was off for lunch but promised to ring me back - that was 2 hours ago and I’ve still heard nothing.
That’s why you get ONE STAR - VERY VERY POOR.

Fence panels were spot on
Fence panels were spot on, great product, service from the store was good with good communication. Delivery was a little sketchy, driver did not make much effort in alerting us to his presence and appeared to just leave the panels on our drive in a "safe" location. First I knew he had been was a text message. Otherwise an excellent experience.

Bad customer service
We had an extension built recently and bought most of the supplies from the local Bradfords.
However we had concrete blocks delivered which we didn’t use straight away. When the builder needed them, over half were broken and crumbling. Totally unusable.
I contacted Bradfords who told me to send in an email with photos of the broken blocks. We’ve since heard nothing except being told we should have examined the blocks and reported the damage within 24 hours! I’ll tell my builder next time to stop what he’s doing and examine all the stuff that’s been delivered.
Not great customer service.
