Delivery person did not even knock at the door or as requested call when 10 minutes away. Item left on bottom step and paperwork jammed underneath in the rain

Very impressed with delivery. Asked driver if he could place goods on grass at top of steps but he very kindly carried down to bottom of steps.

Good products allot cheaper than some…
Good products allot cheaper than some competitors, managed to get free delivery for a large tub of paint where others are charging £7-£8 for delivery, bradfords are decent and where I'll be going to from now

What a great company and in particular one member of staff, Adam B (Sales Advisor) from the Plymouth branch.
It was a bit of a long shot when I made contact to see if they could source a particular and unusual item for me that I just could not get anywhere else.
Talk about going the extra mile! A credit to the company, clearly a company that values it’s customers and wants to help wherever it can. A very satisfied customer. Well done Bradfords. Five stars for you.

The staff at this branch and the delivery guy are all extremely helpful and friendly. They offer am or pm delivery and text you a time slot followed by about half an hour notice of their arrival time.
