Shoddy customer service from the Ross…
Shoddy customer service from the Ross on wye branch. Lies regarding my delivery which was ‘lost in transit’. They wouldn’t deliver until item was found even though they knew my time frame for completion was imminent. I was spoken to so disrespectfully I felt undervalued and worthless. This branch has deteriorated rapidly in recent months and this isn’t the first problem I have experienced this year.

Longer than usual for delivery.
Great products as usual, unfortunatly had to wait 9 days between ordering & delivery🤔. It would be useful if the website could indicate average current delivery times.

Helpful and polite amazing service.
I had two telephone conversations with the sales team. Wow so so polite and helpful.
