Pure pleasure on a stick

Wrong boots sent, poor quality
I ordered 'Rockfall' safety boots from Bradfords' website, the Ross-on-Wye store sent me 'Proman' boots. These had an incredibly heavy sole but flimsy soft uppers. On returning the boots to the Ross store, it transpired that they did not have any of the website-listed boots, nor any other safety wellingtons, so had sent the Proman with no communication. I walk with a stick (having recently been hit by a car), and an arm injury, and so this was no easy manoeuvre, hence having ordered on the website initially. I was advised by the staff member to try Safety Shack in a nearby trading estate but they had very limited stock at very high prices. Very dissatisfied. I shall avoid Bradfords in the future.

I have used Bradfords on several occasions and the website when ordering is easy to use.
Contact received regarding delivery information is good and items delivered when stated.
On this recent delivery 1 of the pieces of timber was twisted which did cause a few issues.
Overall very satisfied.
