Didn't come on the arranged day
We ordered on Friday, and they rang us on Monday and asked which day we'd like the delivery. We said Wednesday. Tuesday morning we found they'd delivered and left everything outside in the rain - plywood and MDF skirting boards. As we're both retired it would have been nice of them to carry the plywood indoors for us. And to have come on the day we'd arranged.
