Excellent Service & Product
I have had cause to order from Bradfords twice recently and received the same high degree of service on both occasions. Placing the order online could not have been simpler. The follow up call to confirm the order and arrange delivery was extremely efficient , helpful and courteous. The delivery itself was prompt and the driver was very helpful in placing the goods where I required them and all done with a smile. I chose Bradfords based on price but have to say the quality of the product I received was first class considering I could not find it cheaper elsewhere. I can definitely recommend Bradfords and will use them again should the need arise.

My whole experience with Bradford's was positive. Ordering on line easy.I was contacted by a friendly member of staff who had promptly sourced some items from another branch and arranged a delivery date with me.
I received a text with a time window on day of delivery.The driver from st Austell Branch arrived in that time window he was polite, friendly and professional, he happily positioned the pallet exactly where I needed it. This is not my first experience of Bradford's and have found them consistently helpful.

The sales advisor was very polite and went above and beyond when I told him I wouldn't be able to pick up my order that day, he said that he lived in the same village as me and would happily drop off my order to my house on his way home.

I was surprised how easy looking at and ordering from Bradfords website was.
The delivery date for my order was arranged via email and phone call which was a really professional and a nice way to have great communication.
The delivery was received with items well packed against the wet weather.

I ordered some patio slabs for click…
I ordered some patio slabs for click and collect. I received notification that the order was ready but some items were on back order. I rang the depot to query this and the items in stock were physically checked and confirmed there were sufficient to meet my order. On arrival at the depot a staff member checked my order then assisted me in loading. Ten minutes later I was heading home. Great service.
