Excellent customer service from Bradfords
Bradfords is excellent at keeping customers up to date with confirmation of orders and delivery slots. Contact numbers are clearly set out in messages just in case there is a need to get in touch with them. On the phone, the service teams are really helpful and always pleasant.

Ordered some basic breeze blocks and concrete bricks online. Good price with benefit of free delivery. Delivery as always with Bradfords was excellent with pallet placed carefully on the drive.
Only complaint was no e-mail or text to advise when delivery would be. Had to phone a couple of times to know which day.

Ordered the fencing materials required for delivery. Then realised I had forgotten something so rang up to place an additional order thinking that the delivery was the following morning. Too late for next day's deliveries so arranged to collect the extras. 5 mins later found that I was 24 hours out - my delivery was actually 2 days away so rang back and arranged for the extras to come with the original order instead of by collection. All worked well and saved me a journey.

I had to amend my order and the service I received was absolutely brilliant!!!! Normally it is a hassle but was over the moon with the prompt and professional service I was given!!! All round I’d give it a 10 out of 10 and the delivery was just as good! Driver was very polite and very helpful!!!!!

No problems with Bradfords at all
No problems with Bradfords at all. The delivery was free, and the drivers were very helpful, even though they had to come back (problems with overhead cables - not their fault! Would always use Bradfords for this type of material.
