No point doing click and collect
Edit "Thankyou for taking the time to phone and explain why my particular lengths weren't provided. Your customer service for complaints gets the edit."
Did click and collect to make it easier. Received a message saying my order of 3x2.1m lengths of timber were ready,but when I arrived I was presented with 3 x 3.6 lengths and had to cut them to fit in the van myself.

Delivery service time can take 7 days or longer if you don't chase up your order.
I've placed an order of posts ,fence panels,concrete on 23 .06. 26 and expected to be delivered 2/3 working days as it said on the confirmation email order , with no response from them I've sent an email and also went in the nearest store wich is 2 mins walk from home ...eventually I had my delivery on 30.06.26. with four out of ten bags of concrete mix damaged. With all my time wasted this is very disappointing.

Very good driver
Had driver John this morning delivering dumpy bag of pipe bedding to site in Greenway road, Taunton, John is always upbeat, happy and positive, it was a slightly awkward delivery for him, but John was very patient and professional, he enacted the delivery perfectly. We very much appreciate the service received.

Great price, easy to order and delivery of the product. I would have liked an accurate delivery time but they stacked the product nicely so it was not an issue.

We've been using Bradfords as a supplier a lot over the last few years, and the team has always been brilliant.
The yard crew, in-store team, and delivery drivers have all been brilliant.
They are all really friendly and helpful, and always do their best to help us.
Whatever they are putting in their coffee, it's working - even the yard is tidy.
All unheard of in building merchants :-)
