I ordered by telephone, the advice and process was very easy. Following communication was great.
The delivery driver was excellent. He phoned me at the time of delivery and craned off the timber into my garden with perfection. Extremely helpful staff all round, i look forward to dealing with Taunton again.

Delivery driver above and beyond
Ordering was easy online..date given ..driver contacted me on day of delivery and left jumbo bags of sand better than I thought he could.he was very considerate and left me enough room to still park my vehicle when I got home …first class service

Easy to order topsoil online. Local store arranged delivery with updates over text messages. Delivery driver was very helpful. Soil is great. Very pleased with whole process.

Ordered materials on line for delivery, order was confirmed, got an email stating delivery date, No material arrived, phoned company and got given an excuse that there was an internal mistake and it will be delivered the following day.
Second time this has happened from consecutive orders, with exactly the same excuse.
