Ordered several times with Bradfords, prices always competitive and quality has always been good, my reduced score comes due to delivery times. I think the best I have managed was 7 days but normally longer than that even though they advertise for next day delivery. Would have been 5 if they delivered on time

I ordered and paid for fencing
I ordered and paid for fencing, posts and post crete , never had any delivery of them , customer help was poor and eventually waited 5/6 weeks before asking my money back, very disappointed

Bought 2 tonne of top soil at a great price, very helpful advice over the phone regarding delivery. Delivered next day and Dale the driver managed to get the 18t lorry around our tight bend in the road. (First driver to do so). Will recommend Bradfords in Worcester as never had anything but good service and prices.

Couldn't be better
My order was placed and acknowledged. I received a phone call advising me when delivery was expected but that was not convenient as I would not be at home then, so an alternative was agreed and that was met.. The driver was courteous, charming and helpful.
An exemplar to all delivery personnel in understanding customer relations.

After giving 4 stars a few weeks ago
After giving 4 stars a few weeks ago, mainly because the driver was helpful. They dropped a star because of the lack of communication from Taunton branch. I'm still waiting for my second order of goods to arrive after I chased them up and was told to expect them a few days later . No goods no communication from the TAUNTON branch what so ever. Seems to me that there needs be some personal changes at your logistics department. I await some explanation from Bradford management

Placed a web order on Friday expecting delivery Monday or Tuesday. My order got lost but payment went through. After 3 times of driving out there and numerous phone calls my order was finally found but won’t be delivered till next Tuesday. I won’t be ordering on line again.

Poor service
Thanks for your response I had to collect the parcel from a shop with no parking to collect the parcel as DPD could not be bothered to deliver. I did call your office but by the time I got a response about the parcel (2 days) I had collected the part .Four times the delivery has failed to be delivered emailed Bradford's no response called the office and was put on hold for ages gave up in the end will ask for a refund. The local branch are ok but your online service is terrible.
