Great staff and efficient service
Great service from bradfords, i ordered two bulk bags of topsoil which as a public customer i had no experience of. The ordering process online was quick and easy and well priced. I had a call from the guy in the office who gave me some options for delivery and made it really easy. When the soil arrived. Rob the driver was very efficient and was a credit to the company. 10/10 will be using again.

Good price, and plenty of stock. Delivery time is great, which is a real bonus as needed items fast. Have used twice now in a week and will do again.

I ordered online which was easy
I ordered online which was easy, was given a delivery date which was met and the driver was first rate. He offloaded bulk bags to exactly where I asked and I was in awe of his skill with the crane. No more to say, well pleased.

Maybe don't sell items you've already sold...
Ordered and paid for click and collect for two bags of mortar, rang on the Thursday to check they were in so I could pick them up on the Friday, which was confirmed. Got there and they'd sold the last two the day before. The cashier was apologetic and processed a refund quickly but overall it's terrible service, won't use them again.

Communication has been poor
Communication has been poor - no acknowledgment of email queries. Phones are not picked up.
Advice on a product not being available for home delivery was sent to a group of customers (so I have all their email addresses as they have mine) - this is not 'good' practice.
Still waiting to see if the remainder of my order every turns up...no indication of when that might be.
Sadly, order did not turn up on the scheduled day. However, order arrived this morning - a lovely driver who was very helpful.

Long wait for delivery
Long wait for delivery and then it didn’t turn up till the following day. A phone call to tell us it was held up would have been useful to save us hanging around all day. The sand is great but the aggregate has too many oversized pieces for the job.

The order itself and products were…poor service
The order itself and products were perfect but the service was poor.
Staff member basically pointed to a pile of slabs and said “over there”.
I had only ordered four grey ones but I had to collect them from the stacks myself.
On carrying them to my vehicle and loading them I slit my finger on a rough piece of cement on the slab, I obviously didn’t think I would need safety gloves as I wrongly assumed that I may be assisted to carry them to my car.

Bradfords in Taunton.
Bradfords in Taunton covers a huge area, and I could have received better instructions within the shop on the whereabouts I needed to drive to in the various yards.
Once in the yard the staff were very helpful, providing essential assistance to get product onto my car’s roof-rack.

Ordered on line, I phoned them two days later to arrange delivery date the following week. They failed to deliver on Tuesday, I phoned them, they later said delivery would be the following morning. The items arrived that afternoon.
