Wonderful lampshades - irresistible! I have two and will be buying one for my daughter.
And ...... what a treat to take in Michael and Emma's garden at the same time.
However busy they are there is lots of hospitality and no sense of rush.

I've visited on several occasions over the years, and recommended to many others too. Emma and Mike are a delightful couple who open their beautiful home and garden to raise money for good causes. The tea and cake alone is worth the stop, but take a moment to browse the fabulous work in the small gallery there too.

Bradness Gallery is amazing. I have taken friends there for lunch and tea to see the beautiful garden they have. A great day out and Emma’s food is divine. I have also done a painting on fabric course there some time ago which was a brilliant ! Mike and Emma are very generous and caring to elderly visitors too.

Emma and Mikes Gallery is a delightful place to visit, aquire lovely art, lampshades and attend courses.
The setting both the studio and the gardens are so lovely and a joy to restore ones batteries.
Both are accomplished tutors, encouraging and positive for all levels. The lunches and cake are additional but important part of the overall experience.

Writing as a client, student and visitor of the Bradness Gallery (and also cake-eater!), I cannot recommend them enough, Mike and Emma are superb hosts and both run excellent courses. Their attention to detail is brilliant. Everything I have bought over the years is constantly admired by visitors to my home.

We had the most beautiful lampshades made to order just before leaving the area. But we'll always return for visits when we come, both for the beauty of the art and for the deliciousness of the coffee and cakes! It is a lovely place to visit.

A fantastic rural retreat, run by Emma and Mike, it feels like a home-from-home experience. I have bought Emma's stunning handmade lampshades and could easily have bought one of Mike's paintings, too. A place to visit over and over again as the merchandise changes regularly. Even if you're not a shopper, you are bound to be seduced by Emma's afternoon teas. A warm welcome awaits at this beautiful country house in the heart of the Sussex countryside.

An oasis of peace, calm, beauty and creativity. Do hope the afternoon teas in the beautiful garden are reinstated!
