Bradshaw have recently installed a stairlift for my elderly mum who was struggling to get up and down the stairs. From the staircase assessment through to installation, all the team were so helpful and friendly making it a really positive experience for mum who is now happily using it with no problems. The stairlift was fitted with no delays at all, just when we needed It. It has been a godsend for mum and also i now have some peace of mind. Thank you so much

The switch to elevate the stairlift was broken.
We called Bradshaw stairlifts who arranged an appointment for the next day.
A few minutes later they called to ask if today would be better. The engineer arrived within an hour, got the switch replaced and gave the stairlift runner a grease and clean up.

Bradshaw were amazing at a really difficult time. I had a relative (without capacity) needing to be discharged from hospital but no discharge home without a lift. Debbie and the team were super helpful finding me a lift suitable for our budget and then taking me through all the options. They worked so quickly to get everything in place so my relative was not delayed coming home. 100% recommend them for a very supportive and efficient service!

Broken down three times in a month

You cancelled the appointment, not us - my mum waited in all day! You cancelled due to an emergency! My dad is 92 years old / 3 times in less than a month the chair lift has broken

Had a stairlift fitted for my mum. The team were very helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. The engineer on the day was great and explained everything. The fitting was done really well with no issues. Thanks Bradshaws

Really pleased with my stairlift, don’t know how I managed without it.No mess no hassle, Steve very friendly and polite . Excellent job.

The engineer was rather off hand, unfriendly. When ordering the stairlift, I was advised by the rep' that after the existing safety rails were removed,the hole left would be filled in and made good. I was therefore surprised when this was denied and the comment given "I am an engineer not a plasterer" I didn't expect a repaint but at least be polite. When the engineer left he hadn't even swept up the mess leaving plaster all over the staircase. He moaned about the traffic getting to me, the width of the staircase ("reps will tell you any thing to get a sale and commission") these type of remarks are unwelcome and unprofessional. Had it not been for the fact that he had already removed the rails I would have asked him to leave. I only hope I don't have to.call you for repair etc, because I would definitely refuse him entry. May I suggest you retrain your staff and point out that had I been frail/elderly I would have been very upset. I'm lucky although elderly(81), I have my marbles and wits about me so can deal with people such as he.

My daughter-in-law arranged this with her friend Debbie and I am some time in doing my own review so sorry.
I am delighted with my stairlift as I would not be able to get upstairs with out it.
Even though I have a narrow staircase with a small return at the top, the engineer sorted it efficiently. Well done Bradshaw Lifts.
