I echo all the bad reviews on here

I echo all the bad reviews on here. I wish I'd seen these before purchasing... I bought a projector as a Christmas present in November only to find out that it would then take 3-6 weeks to be delivered. Money was taken immediately from my account and, needless to say, it never arrived in time for Christmas.
Tracking number kept saying it was in transit. Then when I emailed to chase delivery last week I suddenly received an update informing me it had been delivered to my address... except I've never received anything. Total LIES. The Tracking number seems to be fake.
No one is replying to my emails so I have reported the charge as Fraud. Hopefully I get my money back via my credit card company.

Ordered Dec 1 2017, still waiting for product to be delivered. Get nothing but the run around from Brainiacs. They took my money and have sent nothing to me. They are scammers. Do not use these folks.

HORRIBLE!

HORRIBLE! I purchased two things and just arrived only one. In deed, I sent two emails, what is more, one was wrote the day after buying those two products (December 27 .. !! and today is January 15!), no replay.
What I think is that you guys are thieves and fake as your products.
Please, do not make the same mistake like me trusting in "rookies" like these guys. You guys are a shame for entrepreneurial people and customer services.

Fully fake fraud office

Sent someone else's tracking number, do not respond to emails.
UPD: They responded after 1 month, apologized and... again sent the wrong tracking number. It is 100% Scam.

Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Doesn’t even deserve one star.
Ditto the other reviews.
Canceled orders immediately when I received the confirmation email and it said it could take 3-6 weeks. Could never get anyone on the phone and my email wasn’t answered for 2 weeks when they said it was too late to cancel. I could go on but I think you get the picture — if it’s not a scam it’s the worst company ever!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS!

My credit card was charged immediately and six weeks later I have still not received my products. I got a tracking number that informed me my package was delivered in Miami.
Bull. This company is a fake and needs to be reported to Instagram, other social media platforms and the Better Business Bureau. I will be informing all of the above of my experience.
Do not order from these people. This is a scam.
Also when I made a claim via AMEX they immediately refunded my charges. Shows that these people really are scam artists.

Scammed

Like most people here, I ordered a projector which was advertised on Instagram over a month ago. There has been no site of it. Just before Christmas I received an email saying it has been dispatched and a further one apologizing for the delay. Then nothing. The tracking number leads to no updates. Total scam.

Brainiacs. fraud. complete fake shop

Brainiacs.. is a completely fake web store.
Like many others I purchased the cell phone projector... Their web site is very sophisticated but ultimately completely fake.. Many promises to send.. but never received.. They send you a fake tracking number.. then they claim the product was shipped. I live in Hong Kong so had better access to the shippers they say they use... The shippers say that no such shipment exists... ( I use the same shippers all the time with complete success so believe the shippers).
Further correspondence with the company says the item was "lost_/ but they will give a 30% discount...for resending...
Ha don't believe it.. nothing will ever show up.
NEVER order anything form this shop unless you like to throw money away.
Brainiacs- portable projector.
