SCAM! Ordered 6 projectors. Company said they were delivered but I never received anything. Fake tracking and company would not e-mail me delivery information or respond to the 10 e-mail inquiries I continued to send. Do not order from them.

SCAM. Brainiacshop.com is a fraudulent website that does not deliver items once you've purchased them, provides fake shipping tracking information, and does not respond to email.

SCAM. I've received an Email that the item has been delivered which is clearly not the case. I order and demand my money back if a hard deadline of my product to reach my door is not met on the 28th. To brainiacs I've every right to chase you for it till I finally get my money's worth.

I recommend never to purchase anything from Brainiacs. About 2.5 weeks after ordering the product I received an email confirming the product was delivered, which was clearly not the case. Brainiacs didn't respond to any of my 2 email inquiries, and their delivery tracking link just kept taking me to a broken link, so then I googled to realise this is a scam. It is so disheartening that we must consult the web to check the reputation of pretty much all online companies before purchasing anything.

The store is an illegal, unauthorized replica of an existing store. They copy the site, collect payments for products they do not have and pocket the money and credit card information. I have reached out to Shopify and to the store they copied. The original / authentic shop is being dragged through the mud they’ve reached out to Shopify and they won’t shut brainiacs down. Email Shopify and report them there’s power in numbers. Also cancel the cc you used to buy from them. And call your cc to report the fraud.

I can't get my item too.

When I checked the tracking number, It said already delivered. Then I check the address, it sent to wrong address. You know, I live at Texas but it sent to at Oklahoma. If you think buy something at this shop, Please change to your mind. It will make terrible memories to you.

Do not order from this company.....definitely a scam company that send incorrect orders if your lucky to receive any item st all .

Please be warned my name steve rawson I'm wheelchair bound and have to take trust in companies I buy off line this company will rip you off I'm getting in touch with media services like face book instergram and sites they running under brainiacs just keep ripping people like me who shop on line .....PLEASE DON'T be fooled by them . I am making it my goal 2018 to get others to lissen to me and stop others being ripped off by these being wheelchair bound my life revolves around my lap top and I after take trust in shopping companies again do not shop from this company

I ordered a projector screen for 99$ On November 24, 2017 and it never arrived. I checked my shipping order and it said delivered in Arizona but I live in California. Contacted them and they emailed me back some bs saying it has been delivered. I emailed them back letting them know I want my money back immediately and I have reported this to my credit card company as fraud. This site and their owners should be shut down and prosecuted.

SCAM!!!!! I ordered the projector, paid $99.99 for it. I went to track my package since I've been waiting so long for it and that page is no longer available. I also reached out inquiring about delivery dates and still no response!

So sad.

Total scam - dont fall into the trap i did from there glitzy ads ... they steal your money.. SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

This is the worst website I have ever been on and are flagrantly ripping off people which is wrong at any time but it is even worse at Christmas! They need to be closed down immediately and prosecuted. There are so many people who have been scammed and not only by the overpricing but by the products actually not being delivered. I personally have had my Christmas ruined now because of their activities and need to find the money to buy a new Christmas present for my child. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

Its an absolute SCAM. Ordered a projector oct - 14. Have not got it yet... no response from the company. They providede a fake FedEx tracking number that obviously doesn´t work.

Scam company with fake products that uses the popularity of insta to advertise them there.

Ordered a projector, but didn't receive an email confirmation. Have been emailing them to follow up on my order with no response. Their Order Tracking page is also conveniently down.

I bought the yellow led display projector.
It has no light and you cannot use it for TV or computer screen.
Text and subtitles are totally impossible to read.

It is literally a scam. As in, a fake company. They are a copy of Faraday Science Shop, which is bad enough.
