The product was very good.
The product was very good.
Only complication was that I booked it in my name so I would have to be there at collection with my identification, whereas I wanted my son to collect it.
Ended up getting a refund prior to the collection date, and my son re-booking. This part was dealt with very well by the head office though.

Great hiring experience
I had to hire a combination ladder twice and was pleased by the service. The first time I hired the wrong one (I'm not sure if it was my fault or theirs), I contacted them, and they organised a swap on the same day. Recently, I ordered a new one, and everything went smoothly.

Well maintained equipment

Great piece of kit and really helpful staff
Really friendly staff who helped lift equipment in and out of my car.
Lawn aerator hired was in perfect condition when collected and did a great job hollow coring my lawn. Highly recommended.

A genuinely helpful group of guys working here- nothing was too much or too stupid to ask. Felt like they couldn’t have done more to help me with some heavy tool hire. Even gave me a hand lifting them in and out of the car. Can’t recommend highly enough, won’t look anywhere else in future for tool hire.
