First class friendly service from start to finish
Hired an electric cement mixer from the Edinburgh Branch. From my initial phone call to make an enquiry, ordering online, right through to delivery and pick up the customer service was first class. I'm not in the trades so I had several 'novice' questions including asking about extension leads etc. The communication throughout the hire process was extremely good and a phone call 15 minutes before pick up was really appreciated. On top of that the kit was really easy to use and cheaper that elsewhere! I am so glad I took the electric mixer as it was pretty quiet and there were no fumes.
If I need to hire again I would call Brandon first.
