Very dissapointed in Qdos's lack of empathy. Unfortunately having fairly recently bought roadside rescue policy I have been advised that due to a sudden sight problem I must not drive anymore.I asked for refund of remainder time on policy was told that quote' you have exceeded 14 days cooling off time'. Yes, I was aware of that, just thought Qdodmight be more understanding

I have been a customer for a decade with my current car and previous car. The premium price is excellent for the level of cover. (AA / RAC would be 4 times the price for same cover.) However, at this renewal, they are charging me a 6 year plus loading even though it was registered in Dec 2012. Several e mails and they won’t change their stance.

A great price and customer service second to none, I wish this company had been going around when I started driving back in the 80s, (maybe they had) I would probably be one of their oldest customers. Keep up the good work!

Easy to renew your policy each year. Had to telephone the company last Christmas and the customer adviser was very courteous and efficient when dealing with my problem. We did not however require a callout. The cost is a fraction of what RAC, Green Flag and the AA charge.

All good. Website could be slightly beter if you have multiple vehicles. Log on each time for each vehicle.

Fortunately haven't had to make much use of breakdownfacilities but when I did found it very satisfactory.

You won't find a breakdown policy for this price. They always say that you never know how good an insurance policy is until you make a claim and my wife has called out 'cover my breakdown ' twice and both times a greenflag or national breakdown truck claim out in a reasonable time and helped us out. I've been a repeat customer for around a decade.

I have taken the same cover out with this Company for the last 5 years. Fortunately, I have not yet had to call them out to a breakdown but I have contacted them regarding a query and they have been most helpful.

Haven't had to use them so far but the value for money seems amazing!

Excellent pricing. Very easy to buy cover and renew online. Competent administration on the phone. Reliable service when you break down. I and my family members have tried other breakdown services in the past, but after using CoverMyBreakdown for several years now, we will never go to any other company again.
