Great Service
Everyone we've spoken to at Briarwood has been incredibly helpful and made sure that we had everything on our order that we needed.
It was really helpful to be able to track the delivery so we could be in for it. Tom turned up exactly when he said he would, was friendly, helpful and gave us lots of advice on how to store and handle the roofing panels. Great service!

So pleased I chose Briarwood
Helpful advice over the phone from Izzy prior to ordering. She answered all my questions and made the process straightforward. Excellent communication throughout, including delivery day itself. As well as emails, delivery driver Paul called me with an update on exact delivery time. Paul was friendly, very professional and very helpful; he could see I was going to struggle moving the roof panels, so helped me carry them through to the back garden. This made an awkward job so much easier; thank you Paul. I will certainly recommend Briarwood, and the roof has already been admired by two of my neighbours.

Great customer service with our delivery today. Tom arrived promptly, was very polite and courteous. extremely helpful with unloading, ensuring we had everything we needed and that the driveway was left neat and tidy.
Product looks great and exactly as we expected.

Spoke to Josh a few times before…
Spoke to Josh a few times before ordering and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered as in stock and delivery was less than a week I arranged a tele-handler from a local farm to come offload for me. All arrived in perfect condition and exactly what ordered.
The driver was a lovely guy and very friendly. The delivery email allows you to say what delivery entrance and drive and any access problems and if no forklift available so they can send a lorry with a moffet to unload.
All in all a quick great service from a local company that I’d use again as all stress free delivery.

Clear information during ordering,took only 3 days to delivery, driver was very helpful and off loaded to where I needed the items to be stored. Have since finished the project and I am very satisfied with the result. Much appreciated and I would recommend to others.
