First in had to chase my order when it did arrive form fillers Missing so rang and was told would be sent next day
When we check the order the side sheet were 8 ft and we need 3 mrt s
Was told they would sort it it after trying to ring and getting no answer
When the order was delivered forgot the filler again
Rang a gain no answer got through was told would be on a carrier 3 days later got them
I had to cancel the fitter twice when we got all the parts together it was snowing

I give your company full measurements…
I give your company full measurements of roof area and you said 11 sheets were required so I went ahead with the order -what was actually needed was 12 sheets and you charged me £244 for one sheet with delivery and I had to wait 2 weeks for that to be delivered + plus due to your wrong calculation I had to pay for another day’s wages for 2 workmen to come back and errect the extra sheet - so overall costing ridiculous amount extra than estimated for - so moral in this tale don’t rely on estimates from your salesman because it can end up costing you a small fortune.
