We can't recommend Paul highly enough. He helped us get the mortgage we needed for our dream house and chased everything through from start to finish. Timing was tight because we wanted to use the stamp duty break like everyone else. Paul was determined and kept the process moving and we completed on time. We went to Paul for a Dual Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgage. He was the only broker I spoke to (after speaking to many including small and large companies) that was able to offer us multiple options. Most were either unable to help at all (telling us it was impossible) with a few able to find 1 option only which Paul immediately knew of and beat.
Paul was very knowledgeable and fully explored all options available. He proved much more determined and hardworking than our lawyers!
If you are looking for a non-standard mortgage I cannot recommend him enough to not only get you a mortgage but the best rate possible.

Paul was really wonderful - we’ve had mixed experiences when it comes to changing provider before and felt that this time we wanted someone to help reduce the stress. Having recently secured our joint first-time buyer mortgage we would highly recommend him as a mortgage broker and will be using his services again in the near future when the time comes to remortgage. Being self-employed there were a few more hoops for me to jump through so to speak but from Paul’s side he made the whole process as smooth and as stress free as possible, talking me through all the documents he required or the questions from the Underwriters - sometimes outside of business hours to accommodate my shift patterns - followed by an email reminder and in some cases he was happy to liaise directly with my Accountant, on my instruction, to get the necessary information quickly and accurately.
