I’ve got one word for this company “outstanding”. We are self employed and was trying to get a mortgage right at the peak of lockdown. We were already really pushed to the limit with what we could borrow then, with the added obstacle of lenders being overly cautious with lending to businesses, we almost gave up on our dream home. Paul, on the other hand, did not. Now here we are, sat happily, in our new dream home, our forever home. And that’s all down to Paul. The fact that Paul was such a pleasure to deal with was just an added bonus. I would 100% recommend Brick2Brick Mortgage Solutions.

I dont often leave reviews but felt obligated to share my positive experience as a thank you to my mortgage broker.
Paul was absolutely amazing dealing with my remortgage. He explained everything in understandable terms so I was clear of the process from start to finish. The legal jargon can sometimes be a little baffling when not your expertise!
I almost chose another broker in the Bath area and was so glad I didnt and followed this recommendation.
I had previously read advice on a money saving site which suggested opting for a larger mortgage broker firm as you may get you a better deal. However from experience I decided i wanted a smaller broker for a more personal experience. I learnt that Paul has the same access / portfolio to lenders as the larger brokers.
I definitely received the more personal experience I had hoped for. Paul chased the lenders and solicitors through the entire process and kept me extremely well informed. From experience, this simply doesn't happen with larger broker firms who treat you as 'another client / a number' and promise to call you and keep you informed and then don't. You end up chasing them! As a busy lady who works long hours, it was a relief to know everything was in hand and Paul would call me after 6pm if need be to check I had sent documents and understood emails. I really can not thank him enough for this.

The process of re-mortgaging has been made so much easier with Pauls help, especially as everything is now on-line due to covid. Any queries or concerns we have had, Paul has quickly responded and resolved the issues. Everything happened when it was needed and Paul kept things moving. I would recommend.

Trying to switch mortgage deals in the middle of the pandemic perhaps wasn't the best idea ! however, Paul worked extremely hard to get us the best deal and dealt efficiently with all the issues that appeared. This was far from a straightforward case but Paul still managed to get us a good deal from a major lender !

Paul has been brilliant! He really helped us out. We were due to remortgage at the start of the pandemic and our previous mortgage advisors (L&C) were less than helpful. At a very stressful time, Paul stepped in and sorted everything for us. Got us a better deal than L&C could offer and the customer service was a million times better. We contacted Paul Collison to remortgage our flat after being rejected by Lloyds bank and poor attention from other lenders. He was professional, fast, very clear with the information, put everything at ease and managed to find a rate nearly half of what we were paying with TSB, I cannot recommend him enough.
