AVOID! My husband ordered square lights, we received round ones. Instead of arranging a collection or offering to pay for return postage costs, they're simply requesting for me to pay the postage when it's their fault!!! Unbelievable!

Ordered rope light on a next day delivery basis. No confirmation of order and nothing arrived, waited a few days and tried to contact the company. Numerous telephone calls unanswered, tried email, one email back stating order was with UPS, but again, nothing arrived. No reply to my further emails, So after 12 days I requested full refund. Confirmation of refund via PayPal received immediately and credit card refunded in two days, that’s the only reason I gave this company 1 star. My recommendation is DO NOT deal with BrightLightz.

Is this company still trading?

We ordered lights on 1st January. The money came straight out of our account but have never received the products. I have tried contacting them many many times but no-one ever answers the phone, emails remain unreplied to and the contact form on their website says "failed to send".

It appears you can still place orders on website though which is very concerning!

Order received however needed to request a power supply - not available on website and nobody answers the phone or replies to email - really bad service

Missing order, no one answers the phone or reply’s to any email. Claiming a charge back from the credit card company.

Sham of a company

Didn't deliver radiators on time and it was critical i got them in the allotted time frame due to building works. Only good thing i can say is that they processed a refund quickly.

No one rings you back and i also dealt with "Karl" via email.

Tried to contact via email, telephone and got one call saying the “infamous” Karl is with clients will call back. Still waiting... they don’t under at table their responsibly under the Consumer Directive and returns, refunds and also just down right good customer service. Avoid at all costs not chasing money through Bank and Small Claims Court

Payed £10 for next day delivery to then receive a text message saying it will be 5 days. Tried calling number on website which then directed me to another number which no one picks up. Hopefully my item arrives buy I will not use them again.

Item did not arrive (sent "royal mail signed for" so they said)
Sent replacement which did not arrive either!! After many emails and nearly 3weeks they did refund me. What a way to run a business!!

My order never arrived. Although they offered to send it again it still did not arrive.

To be fair, they did refund my money which is why I have given two stars.

I was provided a sample of the rope lighting. The sample was "perfect" so I placed a large order for a large event. The company sent me "LAST YEARS PRODUCT" which widley different than the sample product they sent me. I asked for an even exchange stating my valid reason and they told me there was nothing they could do and hung up the phone on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SUCK!!!!

Ordered rope light on Wednesday 3 July with a guaranteed delivery date Friday 5 th July.no response on e-mail or telephone item delivered Tuesday 9th.communication and customer service absolutely non exsistent. If you want your item quickly you have been warned.shocking

I have only just tried to call them so there is a chance my review will get better ... I've tried the new phone number but only an answering service.
Fast update. They’ve replied and the fault was mine! So my rating has been increased

It is the worst service that I have come across. My order was wrong, no one answers the phone or phones you back. I have sent 5 emails regarding my order not 1 reply back.
I would give this company a wide berth, there is better suppliers out there with better customer care.
Please do not use this company.

zero communication

i have dealt with them before and was fine, had a refund for my transaction but with no reason as to why, cannot contact by phone and emails are being deleted

If you cannot contact anyone by phone before you spend money you definitely won't get any service when things go wrong. SHAM of a company, it's a bit of roulette whether you get your order or not.

Second time same issue, paid extra for Saturday delivery did not arrive. Tried to call no answer. Tried to email no answer resulted infiling a case with PayPal answered within minutes. Yet did not tell me why the parcel was late. Kept beating around the Bush.

Don't order from this company
