One of my orders arrived but the other…

One of my orders arrived but the other one didn’t arrived. Contacted them and they send a tracking number ( not in English so can’t understand it) different to the original tracking link( which is in English and confirms it not has not been delivered, it’s still somewhere in Australia) and they are saying theories tracking (non English so I can’t confirm that what it says)it is delivered which it has not been received.I am starting to think they are scammers. At this stage until THEY resolve the issue I would NOT recommend this site. Didn’t want to give even one star

I am very disappointed with the topper…

I am very disappointed with the topper that did not match the advertised price on FB. I paid $34 and wanted to return the product and get my money back. Instead they offered me $8 and that I could keep the product. The shipping is expensive, but I would have gotten more money if I could have sent it back and gotten a full refund. I regret not checking the reviews sooner.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Compensation Offer

I’m beyond disappointed with how my issue was handled. After receiving a damaged package, I reached out to customer service hoping for assistance. Instead, I was told that no one could confirm when or how the damage occurred, despite the fact that it’s been more than 15 days since delivery. To make matters worse, I was offered a measly $4 in compensation, which doesn’t even begin to cover the inconvenience or loss I’ve experienced.
This is not only frustrating but also completely unprofessional. It feels like my concerns were dismissed with no genuine effort to resolve the issue. A company should stand behind their products and customers, but unfortunately, this one falls short in every way. I won’t be shopping here again and can’t recommend them to anyone

I am writing to share my personal…

I am writing to share my personal experience with the company *Bright Meteors* so that others won’t be misled by their advertisements and claims.

About a month ago, I ordered a smartwatch from this company for around 25. Unfortunately, the company charged me four separate amounts:24$ 37$ 39$ , and 48$. I immediately tried to call them, but they did not answer. I had to send several emails, and after two days, they refunded three of the charges, but kept the48 $, which was not part of my original order.

After nearly a month, the watch finally arrived, but it was completely different from what they had advertised. It turned out to be more like a toy for children rather than a real smartwatch. It also came without a charging cable.

I sent *34 emails* requesting to return the product and get my money back. Although they responded to each email, they only offered a $2 refund as compensation and refused to accept the return of the watch.

Eventually, I contacted my bank and initiated a chargeback. The bank agreed to handle the dispute and reimburse me for the loss.

Bad customer service

I ordered an item and then found something more to my liking shortly after. I emailed the company 51 minutes after placing the order requesting to cancel and issue refund. 7 hours later they responded saying the item already shipped and they couldn’t stop it. However, the order confirmation email still said the item status was unfulfilled and was being prepared by the merchant with no tracking info available. There was no update until 32 hours later. They had plenty of notice to stop the order process.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Dreadful company my item not delivered (ordered in October and now December) and they say it was delivered to another address because I gave them the wrong address like I don’t know where I live, they also said then that it was the post and now it’s delivered there is nothing they can do - really they could refund my money but we all know that won’t happen! Scam don’t buy from them I think for every few hundred orders they possibly ship one and then say to the others it was delivered!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My shipment has lost, and brightmeteor don`t pay

My shipment has lost by the from brightmeteors ordered shipping company. I have paid a fee for the shipping insurance to brightmeteors. Now they want refound only 50 % to me because the shipping insurance does not fully pay the lost. I think it`s the companys risk to take over the lost if they safe money with a bad insurance. They try to putting pressure on me to give up when they repeat their answer 12 times.

Brightmeteors just responded to my…

Brightmeteors just responded to my review. Their response is exactly the same as those sent to other reviewers. The product I ordered 10 July never arrived. Supposedly they reshipped but it is 25 October, no shipping information, nothing has arrived, the company stopped responding. This cut and paste reply looks like an attempt at masking their scam.

Fraud

I’ve done my purchase in may.
Even after 6 emails I didn’t receive it.
It’s a fraud.
Don’t ever by anything from this site.

If I could give you 0 stars I would.

I ordered a book inspired advent calendar and paid USD 30.36, only to receive a damaged/torn advent calendar with oily hand marks all over the front.

Now when I try to email support for a refund they offer me compensation of USD 3 and now USD 6.

It’s absolutely unethical that they think it’s ok to send damaged and dirty goods and not refund a customer FULLY.

Edit: hi Jessica - you will only resolve this by actually refunding me the full amount when it was your team that sent me a completely defective, torn product!

I have now twice ordered the same products and they send half of the order and then try to offer me $3 compensation!!!!
