I ordered a 42D strapless bra with underwire and I received the package more than 3 months later after having to ask for delivery updates. I received it in the size I ordered but it is not standard at all. The D cup is smaller than a B and the bra looks in no way whatsoever what is shown in the ads and photos on Internet. I asked for refund and their reply was that they sent what I ordered and can't take it back... that I should give it to someone else !!!! What is the point of buying online for oneself and being deceived because the size doesn't fit and having to find someone else to take or buy it? Brightmeteors is a fraud, a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This company is the WORST!! I ordered 2 pairs of pants, that did come a month later. The material was very cheap - not like the picture online. The pants were WAY too big. I contacted the company several times. You can never speak to a person - only a computer by email. When I finally received an email from a person, all it said was it would take a really long time to send the pants back. ALSO - my credit card was charged $15 more than my email confirmation stated. This is very disappointing!

Never received item, sent three messages no reply back at all

Dont trust this company its the same as a company as called Joyui Co Ltd, in China buts says its based in the US, it is not, and the clothes are absolute rubbish not as described and when a claim is put in its delayed by them asking for the item to be returned in the original packing and other stupid requests, Paypal dont seem to help either, Be aware they are a scam company, so google the Name Joyui they are the same items on many different companies. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Scam!!! I feel like such an idiot! They sent an inferior product to the one they advertised (and I assumed I was buying). Horrible way to treat people. Make sure you call your credit card company and block them.

This company sent me an inferior item than the one ordered and would not allow me to return it. They refused to send the correct item and use a website that just sends you in circles when you complain.

This company is cheating their customer by sending a much cheaper item than the one advertises and then refused to send the correct one. Instead they offered 2 USD refund for keeping the wrong item which is ridiculous and inappropriate.
I advise not to deal with them as they keep you in an empty circle when you try to communicate with them.

Scammers! Sent me wrong cheap ass item worth perhaps 1€ and I paid over 50€ for the ordered items.

They sent the wrong (much cheaper) item and then refused to send the correct one. Instead they offered 5 USD refund for keeping the wrong item which is ridiculous. Why should I order something and then keep something totally different? Paypal will get my money back...
Ok, it got even worse. Paypal said the money would be refunded after I return the item, but surprise: the bgithmeteors website was lying, the company was not in Europe but is in China, and I should send the itom ti China for > 45 Euro on my own. That's more that I paid for the wrong item.
Googling around it got clear that the whole company is just a fraud. It's their business model: they pretend seriosity by offering paypal, then they send a wrong, much cheaper item and ask you to send it back on your own. This is a known loophole in Paypals byers protection as Paypal is supporting this model by refunding the money after sending the items back (instead of asking the seller to provide a pre-paid return label).
So, don't buy anything at brightmeteors. It's a fraud company.

I went for the Trainhorn 300DB and received a 60DB car horn. They repeatedly replied that I got the right item in spite the 240DB difference.

No refund. No return. Just a lot of horse S***.
