My Complaint is not about the product or at least not yet as I haven’t received it. Purchased solar powered cab clearance lights on May 1st. The initial transaction was pretty usual. Unfortunately as the weeks drug on the less this company was willing to do for me. Kept sending me around to different people and passing the buck on whose responsibility it is to track or give me a refund. Now over two months later I’m still waiting for someone to figure it out. I just want my money back and they can’t do that either! So no product and no refund.

I might have giving this a 0 stars but the camera did work.

A couple of months ago, I bought three smart Bluetooth watches from their end. Out of three, one is not working and is not performing properly. I expressed my concern to this company and received either a new one or a refund on my credit card. They asked me to send the product to China from the USA. I chose not to send it to them because of the shipping cost. I paid through PayPal, but PayPal is not helpful in resolving the issue. Each time different customer service people gives me different message and there is no note on my account. It is really painful. Now I raised my concern to Paypal supervisor level. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't care about the customer. If you are interested in purchasing any expensive products from China, please consider it carefully before making a purchase.

Yesterday I sent an email to the seller, If you did not honor my request, I will post my review to Trustpilot. Today I received a message from seller. They offered me $10. LOL.

After awaiting the parcel for one month, the parcel got lost. It did not reach my end and I was informed that it was delivered.

This company does not support the customer at all, only passes the “ buck”. The vendors can show whatever product they like and then execute a classic “ bait and switch “ and when you contact them. All you get is condescending diatribe.
A complete RIPOFF.

This Company advertised in Australian dollars then charged me in us dollars making it twice the price, I cancelled within 5 min or order before they sent it but there response was wait till you se it you might like it.
They are a scam company and a rip off and I would suggest to anyone never to buy anything from them at all.
They refuse to refund money and just keep leading you.

Paid money 2 months back, no product received or not refunding money as well...same answer "thanks for your patience, soon you will get it" but no other details, any contact no.
Looks like it's a big fraud.

Ordered a pop-up sink drain/strainer. After several weeks of supposed tracking notifications, I was notified my order was delivered...guess what// No order ever arrived. Terrible support.

SCAM Company..never received jacket. Why are FB allowing them to advertise..Never buy from this company.

Paid for a jacket listed as 3xl 54.3 inch chest. Arrived and it is 48 inch chest. They have insisted that they have sent the right size so hard luck. Impossible to get solved just fobbing me off. Cost £40 offered $3 compensation. Now not replying. DONT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. They just go around bin circles now not responding.

Horrible quality and even worse customer service

Took money from my account. I didn’t order anything from them. Had to contact my bank. My card was cancelled.

Got scammed by this company, sending me a cheap beer opener instead of an electric wine opener set as advertised, when I complained with PayPal, was asked to send it to China on my cost which was more than the cost of the product.

This is useless

Ordered a dress which looked really nice in the pictures. Finally got it after about a 6 week wait but was nothing like the pics and I can never wear it. The material was a cheap nylon type and the colours not at all like what I saw!
Avoid at all costs

Purchased a cashmere zipper sweater. The sweater arrived, and whilst a nice fit, it was cotton/polyester and not cashmere. When raised with customer service they said it was the correct product. They are obviously buying cheaper products from China and passing them on for a better product. You are not getting what you pay for.

The advert for their products shows a clearly superior item and the price matches that.
But what you receive is clearly a knock off copy of the advertised item.
They are fraudulent thieves and should be stopped from trading.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, EVER

When I read most of the reviews on here I was starting to worry about this company, so thought I'd check my bank account, and like lots of others, they had taken more money than what was supposed to be. I immediately emailed the company , not only did I get a quick reply , but one saying they were going to refund the money. And sure enough they did. Also the product is currently in transit!.Which I'm no longer bothered about but if it arrives then it arrives. I'm sorry that alot of you have neither received the product or been refunded. I consider myself very lucky, and also a lesson learned as I now read into the company first before buying. I was actually able to buy the same thing on Temu and for a way better price.

Ordered a purse! Money was taken!!! And i did not even recieve an order confirmation. POOF! Disappearing money!!! So no way to even contact them!

I ordered two winter hats 7 weeks ago. Every so often, they would let me know where it was in the world (!!!) and then it seemed to arrive to a city close by and since then, for the last two weeks, I've not received any more updates. I have complained to them twice and they say they are very sorry, they will talk to the delivery company... the winter will be over before y bloody hats get here! No more Instagram buying!
