Brilliant Money delivered a great service for us, especially given that we live outside of the UK and needed to secure a new mortgage product for our buy to let property which made it more complex. David Shuck and Tom Morris were very attentive, super responsive and as efficient as we could have wished for. They even helped prompt our lawyers several times ot keep the ball rolling - going above and beyond their remit. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

After being turned away from other mortgage advisors because of our complex situation, we were put in contact with Philip Snelling and within six months we are finally the owners of our house. Philip and his team are incredibly knowledgably in their field and their exceptional service, professionalism, and commitment to us has made it a pleasure dealing with them. Everything was explained in full and they made it so easy for us to understand. Brilliant is what they do and who they are!!

Number one waste off time, please guys stay away from this company. Absolutely they are just ridiculous.
5 month for waiting for offer sham

Really poor service. I was recommended to go to Brillant Money by First Mortgages. I spoke to Christian in November 2023 and he said he would call back in the new year (beginning of January 24). I never received a call. I then emailed several times over the next couple of months and called as I wanted to get the ball rolling. I never received an email back and was told on the phone someone will call me. They called me a few days ago ( after 5 months!) I told them I was now dealing with Haysto who have been absolutely fantastic. I would NOT recommend brilliant money and would advise people to seek support from the team at Haysto who are impeccable at communicating and providing the right help and advice.

David was thorough and responsive and took time to explain the complexities of finding the right product for me.

Rhiannon have been amazing throughout the application process. She was easy to understand and she was always there available for us with all the advice and information.

What a nightmare from start to finish. Christian took four weeks to give us incorrect information, review our materials and refuse to return our calls and emails and then went on leave with no notice, first lying to his supervisor that he had not heard from us. Then we were given to Ted, who spent two weeks doing nothing and then offered us an “Islamic Mortgage” at 8.06 percent interest that he also said he knew nothing about, could not provide advice for, and further, we would have to contact them ourselves, as he could not help. And then he said—that’s all we can do. So, six weeks of utter incompetence. We have excellent credit, cashflow and standing.
I had read poor reviews online but had not believed them.
BELIEVE THEM.

Updated to advise you against the excuses below: the next mortgage company resolved this in TWO DAYS and remarked that the Brilliant people simply do not know the law.

Philip was brilliant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get us the offer we needed within the boundaries of our budget. He was always available to speak and we completed the process in no time.
The full application went in about 4pm Friday 18th & the mortgage offer was issued 5pm Tuesday 22nd so we had the offer within two working days ! That's amazing.

Highly recommend. Easy to talk to and definitely know their business. Five stars from me… thank you !!
