I first placed my order in July. I never received the order but after many emails I eventually got a refund. Stupidly I ordered again as I’d been away on holiday and didn’t want deliveries being made. I ordered on the 18th of August 2024! I’ve not received any face masks. I’ve had no response whatsoever from the company and ultimately no refund. I’ve eventually been sent some face mask in the 20th sept in a darker pink(not what I ordered) but at least I got something at last.
Very disappointing service from this company, I placed an order on 22/7/24 and haven’t received it. I have emailed several times with no response and also tried to phone it doesn’t even ring. When I looked into the company on gov website it says the company is no longer trading but it looks like you can still place an order on their website.
I like these masks which are comfortable and fit well. Made in the UK, which is another plus.
My order was delivered with a couple of days of placing it, which is great service. The masks are comfortable and easy to wear for extended periods. I recommend them!

The masks are OK. They have the usual problem with surgical masks that the sides don't fit flush to the face, so they presumably protect others from the wearer more than vice versa. Given the 99% filtration, I was expecting a closer fit, but I'm sure the masks do filter all the air that is drawn in through them.
They took a very long time to come, with no email explaining the wait. To be honest, I'd given up on them. At least they got here in the end though.
I don't think I'd bother with them again.
Bit more expensive but first mask to wear without my glasses fogging up. They also feel slightly thicker than the NHS 3ply.

We used this company many times during lock down and since and have never had any issues. However, placed an order on the 25th March which went through fine and we were charged. Unfortunately the mask failed to arrive and we then started emailing the company for an update. Like others we received no response. We also tried to call but again could not get through to anyone!
Then out of the blue yesterday, nearly 7 weeks after ordering we received a despatch email and the masks arrived today!! No explanation around why there was a delay, we have just assumed they had stopped trading. Perhaps we will get an explanation in due course but in the meantime I would be wary about ordering. Such a shame as the masks are good quality and it is a uk company.
I ordered masks in March and have not received them, nor have I had a response to my follow up email to customer service. I have just tried to phone them and was on hold to some pleasant music before the call clicked off without being answered. Such a shame when you try to buy British that this is the experience you receive.
DO NOT USE , this is a fraudulent company . Like others I’ve message them 5 time, tried to call them -on line chat and still nothing since the 21st April . I’ve paid for goods !!!
They are taking peoples money , it’s theft , I will contact trading standard , I hope they get the police involved this is a scam ..,
This company has closed. I placed an order and my money was taken but there is no response from them at all after chasing them.
Sadly I too have been caught out by this company. Still have had no response with regard to my unreceived order placed on 28 March 2024, and not likely to get a refund either. Disgusting given the reason why myself and other vulnerable people purchase face masks!!
Order not received after 17 days wait I sent them an email and have heard nothing, I checked Companies House website and a Notice to strike off was published on 12/3/24 but they're still taking people's money on their website, which I really bad as some of us buying these masks are ill.This is sad the Companies masks were of a really good standard.
Ordered 25 February. Emails keep saying delayed due to fulfilment issues, and then the next email from Customer Services asks me to review them! I have no expectation they will send my order. Have now asked for a refund and have purchased elsewhere.

I placed my order around 30th Jan 2024. I then cancelled my order due to their fulfilment issues. I have requested my refund 3 times now and all I get is a message saying they will contact accounts dept. I wonder how may other people haven't received their money back. They may have fulfilment issues but. They also have refund issues.

Appalling service. Three weeks now since order. Each time I contact them to ask for a delivery date they tell me they are having "fulfillment issues". Refuse to answer my question on an estimated date. Yet their website says orders are normally dispatched next working day! I see from other reviews this has been going on for well over a month. If they'd answered my question they would have avoided this one star review. In their reply Bristol Masks say they have no record of my contacts - strange as I have two email replies to them! Soon be one month since my order and I will, I fear, need to request a full refund from them or, failing that, from the credit card company.
