Atrocious service- extremely rude driver who welcomed me with a rant that I hadn’t picked up his call. He had the wrong number for me. I relayed clear instructions to the service centre about where I was waiting at the airport (having arrived earlier than my meeting time), only for him to insist on going to meet him at Level 3 of car park. Very poor English and unacceptable manners. At drop off, he chucked my bags out of the car and drove off. Never using this service again.

Booked a pickup from Heathrow. Driver communicated really well, met me at the terminal. Car was clean and comfortable. Shaban helped me with my luggage & was kind and courteous. Great value too. A five star experience

From booking to drop off we had excellent service. The whatsapp communication was informative, friendly and extremely reassuring. We had clear instructions from day 1. Our driver arrived promptly at our designated time and place. He was friendly and chatty.Highly recommend
Outstanding
I booked a cab in advance to take my elderly mother and I from Falconwood to Gatwick at 5am. Our driver Faruqe was outstandingly friendly, professional and helpful. I received a call from Faruqe the day before to confirm the trip and on the day, he handled all the luggage gently and most amazing of all, freely gave us a £1 coin for our airport trolley as we did not have any change. That kindness really helped us and warmed our hearts. The journey was smooth and the car very comfortable. Thank you Faruqe and Brittania Cars for a great ending to my trip to the UK.
Very poor service
Very poor service, used for traveling back from Heathrow airport. They charged 50 pounds extra for 1hr 20 mins delay at immigration, driver did not even come to the agreed pickup point and accused us of 3 hrs delay. The car which came to pick us, the air-conditioning was not working, the kids were sweating like any thing as you cannot even open the windows.
When I raised this issue they said that they will not charge the extra parking but only reduced the extra charge from 60 pounds to 50 pounds.
Please think twice before booking this serve and if you get the cab from Britannia minicabs,cancel the booking straight away.
Flight cancelled / no refund
Flight cancelled. Warned sufficiently early that they had not headed to airport or incurred any costs. But I willing to accommodate a refund. Only reason it’s not lower rating is a booking website was also part responsible.
What an utterly disappointing and…
What an utterly disappointing and egregiously unreliable company this has proven to be. I opted for their services based on their ostensibly superior ratings compared to other car transfer businesses. According to their website, Minicabs assured that they would diligently track my flight's arrival time, accommodating delays up to an hour and making necessary adjustments. However, our flight encountered a delay of 50 minutes. Regrettably, upon reaching our designated meeting point, there was an alarming absence of their representative. The ensuing call to them only served to compound our frustration, as they instructed us to walk to a distant car sharing app lot. It's almost as though their operational strategy hinges on summoning an Uber upon your arrival, while conveniently charging an extra fee for this 'service'. Astonishingly, I had already prepaid them £103, a significant contrast to the mere £70 an ordinary Uber ride covered for the same distance.
As for their customer service, it can only be described as discourteous and verging on confrontational. This entire ordeal has left an indelibly negative impression. I can emphatically state that I will never subject myself to such an experience again.

Excellent service and communication
Thoroughly recommend. We booked Britannia cars to get us to and from Gatwick (from West London). Excellent service on both journeys. Drivers were on time, friendly and drove safely.
I particularly appreciated the regular communication via WhatsApp - Britannia confirming the bookings and sending driver details and then the drivers getting in touch so we always had latest status.

I strongly advise against booking Britannia Taxis for any airport pickup. They consistently fail to fulfill their promises, which has greatly disappointed and negatively affected me. Simply there was also no one waiting for me at the designated pickup point, despite it being communicated via whatsapp. Driver wasn't willing to meet us and didn't show remorse for the inconvenience caused and decided to blame us.

Easy reservation process and clear information about the cars and tariffs. Also confirmation of the booking via WhatsApp business account. For our airport pick up, upon landing of the airplane, a WhatsApp message with information about the driver (picture, name, phone number). Friendly driver and good car. Excellent service.
Best Transfer Experience
For the first time ever, I recieved a phone call in Canada the day before our departure, to confirm our booking. When we arrived at Gatwick, WhatsApp messages were waiting for me from the driver. After retrieving our luggage, I replied to the message, and we were met at the Costa coffee shop in the North terminal a few minutes later. The driver was very polite and personable and gave us a very pleasant ride to our destination.
