Great driver, good price-performance ratio

Outbound journey was great, driver on time and extremely polite, however return journey never took place due to us being unable to locate the vehicle, outside of a very busy o2 arena. No meeting place was given just asked for us to walk to a mini roundabout. Not being from the London area I didn’t have a clue where to go!!

I booked a taxi for 4am to Gatwick. The taxi arrived well on time and I was informed of its progress.

I paid for Mercedes V class or similar and was sent a Seat Alhambra for both transfers. We were 5 with luggage and barely fitted in. This company works with airportstaxitransfers.com . Poor communication and a rip off

I booked a taxi for 3:45am and the driver was right on time and got us to Gatwick airport in good time. Very good value for money and great service.

I booked a trip to the airport in the early hours of the morning and they were very attentive to make sure I didn't miss my flight. The driver was very nice. Highly recommended

I had booked a cab with Britannia for my outbound journey to Heathrow. My pick up time was 4 am so I was very nervous.

But Britannia was very organised. They contacted me day before and confirmed journey details and also informed me that I will be given driver details an hour before my pick up time.

Right on the dot at 3 am I received a whatsapp with photo, name and vehicle details.

Driver was also very polite and friendly and helped us with our luggage.

Arranged a pick up from North London to Gatwick Airport. The driver arrived on time and was helpful in putting our suitcase in the trunk. It was an early morning journey and he was thoughtful in turning off the music so we could nap. Such a smooth journey and quick as well. He stood us to the short stay 3rd level and instructed us to go down 1 floor (to departures) as it would be more convenient. Again asked us with our luggage and wished us a safe journey. Very professional.i

Absolutely hopeless. From A-Z. This is not a taxi company but a booking service and they can't even get that right. Booked an airport transfer 48 hrs before. Booked an Mpv as needed to carry 7 full size luggages. Booking was confirmed as such. Turned up an hour and a half late, with a Toyota prius. Made the flight with 5 minutes to spare, running through the airport of course. If you want a stress free and reliable airport transfer, this is NOT the company for you.
