Amazing experience - booked a ride the night before an early flight after realising we would be unable to get the train. Awesome driver (Said Bentiss) who was extremely punctual and very friendly. Highly recommend!

we reserved taxi on minicabit on time yesterday we received and confirmed booking number on time. It was about 08.00 today otherwise we would miss our flight. this morning at 7.45 am our booking was cancelled. and they offer no other solutions. we missed our flight because of that! I will advise everyone not to book here. bad company very bad service! promise but don't keep their promises!!!!!!

The driver was on time. The ride was comfortable and the driver was courteous. My only complaint would be the car air freshener(?) which was very strong and caused irritation. Otherwise, this company delivers a quality service with competitive pricing. I would use them again.

My driver was 30 min late and went to the wrong location for pickup, resulting in me having to walk through the airport and go to another level struggling with all my luggage. His being late also resulted in me having to be rushed through security at the next airport where I had a connecting flight.

Everybody I spoke with were kind, pricing is fair. Service was very good, except for one thing: the taxi was 20 minutes late.

Honestly I am not satisfied. I said that I have 4 large luggages and 2 handbags but they sent very small car. We hardly could fit in and it was not comfrotable at all. The luggage was in the same seat with us. It was terrible trip. And what upsets me is that it was not the first time it happens. I dont know what's the point of asking me about the number of the luggage when making the booking if they will not consider it!!!! Seriously if I booked public transportation it will be much easier and more comfortable than the private car they provided. Although the driver was so kind and helpful and he was on time but the problem was with the arrangement from the company side who did not send a suitable car

Great communication and followed up to make sure we found the cab driver OK.
Only comment, I was called 3 hours before I booked time to say he was ready and then again 40 minutes before. Felt a bit pressured to try be early, but I booked it as early as I wanted.
