Lovely driver who helped assisting me with my bags and getting me in and out of the vehicle as on crutches. Kept in touch while I was delayed getting through security and very pleasant drive into London from airport.

Lovely driver, kept in touch before we met and very pleasant drive into London from airport. From the beginning company we’re very easy to deal with and provided all the information to make our pickup simple.

I booked two journeys. Both arrived on time and kept me informed of progress. However, my first journey of about 2 miles cost £50. A train strike allowed you to cash in. Not acceptable. The second journey on the following day, so no train strike, was a little further. That cost £35. My return trip (with another company) cost £18. There is something very wrong here. I won't be using your company again.

Ahmed Noon was our driver and was absolutely wonderful. Kind, charming, caring and quiet and so all in all a perfect guy! Would use Britannia Cars again without hesitation.

Couldn’t recommend Britannia Minicab enough. When we landed we received a message to inform us our driver was waiting at arrivals for us and we were given the drivers number directly. We WhatsApp’d and then spoke on the phone so he could explain where we should meet him. Car was very comfortable and we arrived at Gatwick within 40 mins; will definitely be using them again.

Our driver took us in time to catch our flight out of Stansted when we had just two hours to take off.

I can't say how highly I would recommend this company . Called me right after I made the booking and than on the day sent me details of the driver who was the kindest taxi driver I have ever had. SHOUT OUT TO "Ammad Ullah " . He was very supportive of the fact I was anxious for my hospital appointment. Could not recommended enough. 10/10 would use again.

I booked my family for a trip from Gatwick to London for a pick-up on 23rd October at 11:00PM, their flight was delayed due to harsh weather for 5 hours, I was regularly in touch with them while they assured me they are monitoring the flight and will pick them up on arrival. I was awake all night. Then one hour before arrival they called asking to pay them in advance via link while my booking was for cash payment. They insisted and I said my wife will pay them on arrival; I sensed something is fishy... When my wife landed, they called her asking for payment now; she told them she must see the driver to pay!! I message them that my family already arrived Gatwick at 4:45 AM but they said no driver flight is too much delayed... he left... they wanted to scam us by getting money and then giving us the message... They are scammers. Our last summer experience with was also bad, rude driver, dangerous driving, Not turning AC on claiming for high gas price while charging £120 for transfer to Heathrow from Central London!!! never travel with them again... Do not trust them with advance payment...
