The driver was there at time, he was a bit sleepy, but he Got The job done

Britannia Minicab service is easy to book online. We used them to transfer us from Gatwick to London City airport for a connecting flight. They were in contact the day before to double check all is well and they contact you again when the flight arrives .

We had a longer than usual journey to London because of disruptions / protests on the QE11 bridge and on the motorways but the driver Ahmed got us to our connecting flight just in time . The good thing is that because you pre book and pre- pay you don’t need to pay extra for an extended trip because of traffic or roadworks .

We were able to catch up on some sleep as well in the taxi after our long transatlantic flight as the driver didn’t play any loud music and was courteous too by not talking on his mobile or engaging in chit chat .

I definitely will use them again and we are pleased with Ahmed’s professionalism.

Waited for the taxi at the meeting point according to information in booking. Called the service line twice with different information - wait another 5-10 min and then after 20 minutes; the driver is there in one minute.
In total more than 40 min of extra waiting… Driver did a good job but had the wrong destination address from the booking service and had to take an extra tour which added another 5-10 min.

Booked both ways. Drivers were punctual and service was good. This company has my recommendation.

Everything went as arranged. Good driver. If you want a silent driver, i. e. no chit chat, ask for Hamid. Car clean, good condition.
The chat line is a good system. Any query, the response is quick.

Would have got 5 stars but when we had to change pick up times it took multiple calls where the lines were very poor, in end had to use live chat but all got sorted in end

I used them to come and go to Gatwick airport from the hotel. Drivers were both good drivers, and I had no problem with them. After using them for pick up is when I found out about there Whatsapp, because I could not speak to the person who answered, and they sent me a whatsapp. I would use them again
